Smart casual. Flip flops, sliders or crocs are not permitted, and the team reserves the right to deny entry if attire does not adhere to the dress code.

Guests who look under 25 will be asked for ID to prove they are over 18 when buying alcohol. Guests under 18 accompanied by a parent or guardian are welcome, and children 12 and under accompanied by a parent or guardian are welcome in Bōkan 38 | 39 until 8pm.

Guide dogs are welcome in any of our hotel bars and restaurant.

A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for cancellations; otherwise a cancellation fee of £20 per person applies for restaurant bookings and £10 per person for bar bookings.

External catering, including cakes, is not permitted, but a cake can be arranged if requested with our events team 72 hours prior to your event, subject to terms and conditions.
